  • Project timelines vary depending on the scope of work, but most branding and website projects are completed within a few weeks. A timeline will be provided before work begins.

  • Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project and reserve your place in our schedule.

  • Not at all! You can get your squarespace website separate from your logo. You can get each service separate!

  • Yes! We build websites that are easy for you to manage, and we'll provide guidance so you can confidently make basic updates yourself.

  • Yes. Ongoing website maintenance and support plans are available for clients who prefer continued assistance after launch.

  • Absolutely. We proudly work with clients remotely. Squarespace websites, logos, as well as other creative support services are all services we offer that can be done remotely! However, there are certain services on our page that only local clients are able to utilize; such as event concierge services and services in which clients choose local pickup.

  • A minor content change includes a simple update to existing website content, such as replacing an image, updating text, changing business hours, editing contact information, updating a button or link, or posting one announcement. New website pages, extensive rewrites, redesigns, and advanced functionality are not considered minor content changes.

  • Clients are responsible for providing all final text, photos, logos, and other content for any service in which those materials are requested (including websites, event programs, flyers, business cards, and other custom designs). Melodgic professionally organizes and designs the provided content into polished, professional deliverables. Additional revisions resulting from new or updated client-provided content after the design phase has begun may require additional fees.

  • No.

    Melodgic Creative Studio provides Event Coordination, not full-service Event Planning, unless specifically stated in your selected package or written agreement.

    Our role is to help organize logistics, coordinate communication, assist with timelines, and support the planning process while you remain the primary decision-maker.

  • No.

    If you're looking for vendor recommendations, we're happy to share contact information for vendors we may know; however, Melodgic Creative Studio does not guarantee recommendations or partnerships and you are always free to choose the vendors that best fit your event.

  • No. Only if on-site Event Coordination is included in your selected package or otherwise agreed to in writing, Melodgic Creative Studio or any of is representatives will not be in attendance at your event.

    Some clients hire us exclusively for planning support and coordination before the event, while others choose to add on-site Event Day Coordination.

    Melodgic provides recommendations, creative ideas, logistical guidance, and professional coordination—but all final decisions remain yours.
