Clients provide a reloadable prepaid debit card (such as Green Dot or a similar prepaid card) with the approved purchase amount. Every purchase is documented with an itemized expense log and receipts for complete transparency. Any remaining balance stays with the client.
Starting price includes travel within 15 miles. Travel between 16–40 miles may be available for an additional fee. Services are not available for locations beyond 40 miles.
Melodgic Creative Studio reserves the right to decline or discontinue any Event Concierge request if, in our reasonable judgment, the location or circumstances present a safety concern. If this occurs, we will contact the client to discuss an alternative solution. If the requested service cannot be completed due to safety concerns, the client will receive a full refund for the Event Concierge service. Melodgic Creative Studio may discontinue services at any time if conditions become unsafe during the completion of an approved task.
